ON THESE MOTORCYCLES, THE REAR BRAKE PEDAL CAN COME IN CONTACT WITH THE BRACE SUPPORTS. PART NOS. 66686-98 AND 66704-98 ARE USED ON 1984-1999 FXST MOTORCYCLES (WITH FORWARD OR CUSTOM BRAKE CONTROLS). ON THESE MOTORCYCLES, THE INSTRUCTION SHEET FOR THESE SUPPORTS LACKS INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPER ROUTING OF THE REAR BRAKE RESERVOIR HOSE.
