CERTAIN BUSES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, “LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.” THE BUSES WERE BUILT WITHOUT THE REQUIRED REFLEX REFLECTORS ON THE REAR AND REAR SIDE AND, ON CERTAIN MODELS, THE SIDE INTERMEDIATE REFLECTORS ARE MISSING.
