THE FIFTH WHEELS CAN EXPERIENCE EXCESSIVE FLEXING IN THE UPPER CHASSIS WHICH CAN LEAD TO FAILURE IN THE AREA OF THE PIN BOX. CRACKING AND SHEARING AROUND THE PIN BOX CAN CAUSE THE STEEL TO DEFLECT AND POSSIBLY BREAK AWAY FROM THE CHASSIS STEEL.
