THE REAR HAZARD LIGHTS DO NOT OPERATE PROPERLY WHICH FAILS TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 108, “LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
