SEATS EQUIPPED WITH THE CHILD SEAT ANCHORAGE SYSTEM FAILS TO CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 222, ‘SCHOOL BUS PASSENGER SEATING AND CRASH PROTECTION.’
