ON CERTAIN FIRE TRUCKS, ONE OR BOTH OF THE CAB TILT CYLINDERS MAY LOCK WHEN THE CAB IS BEING LOWERED. THIS CAN HAPPEN IF A VELOCITY FUSE TRIPS IN EITHER OF THE CYLINDERS.
