EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: EMERGENCY (FIRERAY) STROBE WARNING LIGHTS FOR USE ON FIRE TRUCKS AND AMBULANCES PART NOS. GS5-R, GS5-A, GS5-B, GS5-C, GGS5-G, GS2FCZR-R, GS2FCZR-B, 280701-02, AND 280701-05 MANUFACTURED BETWEEN MARCH 1 AND OCTOBER 4, 2001. THE STROBE LIGHT’S HOUSING WAS MADE FROM AN ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL AND A PERSON COULD RECEIVE A SEVERE ELECTRICAL SHOCK IF THEY CAME IN CONTACT WITH A VEHICLE OPERATING THE FIRERAY STROBE LIGHTS.
