CERTAIN EVENFLO FIRST CHOICE INFANT CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS, MODEL 3604098, MANUFACTURED BETWEEN JANUARY 16 AND SEPTEMBER 29, 2009, FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE LABELING REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, “CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS.” A LABEL CONTAINING IMPORTANT INFORMATION WAS LEFT OFF THE SEAT.
