THE RED PUSH BUTTON ASSEMBLY ON EACH SIDE OF THE SEAT THAT IS USED TO LATCH AND ADJUST THE CARRYING HANDLE CAN UNEXPECTEDLY RELEASE AND CAUSE THE SEAT TO FLIP FORWARD.
