THE HANDLE SCREWS USED TO CONNECT THE HANDLE TO THE SHELL CAN BACK OUT, AND IF NOT NOTICED BY THE CARE GIVER, LEAD TO FULL OR PARTIAL HANDLE DETACHMENT.
