Dorel China America (DCA) is recalling certain Babideal Storm Booster Car Seats, model BC901BPXL, sold exclusively at Family Dollar Stores. The label attached to the fabric cover may not have the required safety warnings and instructions. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 213, “Child Restraint Systems.”
