Diode Dynamics (Diode) is recalling certain SL1 LED replacement headlamp bulbs, part numbers DD0215P, DD0216P, DD0217P, DD0218P, DD0219P, DD0323P and DD0340P. These bulbs exceed the luminous flux standards for replaceable light sources, may cause excessive glare or brightness to oncoming drivers. As such, these bulbs fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.”
