CERTAIN MOBILE DRILL RIG CAB AND CHASSIS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, ‘AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS.’ ON CERTAIN VEHICLES BUILT WITH 4 AND 5 AXLE CONFIGURATION WITH GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT RATINGS OF 80,000 TO 120,000 POUNDS, DURING TESTING THE AIR BRAKE SYSTEM THAT RELATES TO APPLICATION TIMING, RELEASE TIMING AND RESERVOIR VOLUME DID NOT PASS THE TEST RESULTS.
