THE FASTENERS SECURING THE SEATS AND THE BARRIERS TO THE WALL TRACK MAY BE INADEQUATELY TIGHTENED WHICH FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 210, SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY ANCHORAGES AND FMVSS NO. 222, SCHOOL BUS PASSENGER SEATING AND CRASH PROTECTION.
