CERTAIN CATERPILLAR C9 DIESEL ENGINES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 2003 AND OCTOBER 2005 INSTALLED FOR USE AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT ON CERTAIN TRANSIT BUSES. THE TURBOCHARGER COMPRESSORS ARE FAILING AND OIL CAN BE DISCHARGED INTO THE EXHAUST AND EXTERNAL TO THE TURBOCHARGER.
