CERTAIN BRITAX COMPANION REAR FACING INFANT ONLY CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS, MODEL E9L14, MANUFACTURED BETWEEN OCTOBER 27, 2003, AND JUNE 6, 2004. DUE TO AN INCORRECT ASSEMBLY OF SOME OF THE INFANT CARRIERS, TABS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CARRIER MAY NOT BE PROPERLY SEATED. THESE CHILD RESTRAINTS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE FRONTAL IMPACT CRASH REQUIREMENT OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 213, CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS.
