AMERICAN RACING EQUIPMENT – WHEEL SEPARATION

CERTAIN AMERICAN RACING EQUIPMENT (ARE) ALUMINUM ALLOY WHEELS, SERIES AR-106 AND AR-606, SOLD AS AFTERMARKET FOR USE ON PASSENGER VEHICLES BETWEEN MARCH 1, 2003, AND APRIL 15, 2005. (SEE AMENDED DEFECT REPORT DATED JULY 20, 2005). SOME OF THESE WHEELS WERE SOLD BEFORE THE STEEL LUG NUT SEAT INSERTS TO MAKE THE WHEEL COMPLETE WERE INSTALLED.
